教育叙事研究——教师“缄默知识”显性化的有效途径

教育叙事走进教师日常生活,解读教师日常生活中所遭遇的、所经历的各种事件,展示真实的教育生活。通过生活故事和经验叙事,促进教师专业自主发展。因此,教育叙事是促使教师的研究素养得以发展的有效方式,是使被教师“缄默”的个人化知识得以显现的有效途径。

AbstractThe silent knowledge is main component in teacher's personal knowledge system,but ignored in long-term educational practice.Silent knowledge's prominence plays an essential role to teacher own teaching,scientific research and specialize.This article attempts to urge the silent knowledge to obtain the appearance through the education narrates research.
