Analyze and evaluate the HR systems and practices, submit proposals to HR manager and follow up the implementation

Key achievements:
Lead the 1998 campus recruitment in 4 universities in GZ, a new set of written test paper was developed, Leaderless Group discussion introduced into fresh graduate selection, efficiency and accuracy of selection was greatly improved, 7 MTs were employed
Establishment of a comprehensive recruitment channel network which include web site, newspaper, headhunter, job fair, campus etc and job posting was developed as an important recruitment channel
Comprehensive report on recruitment progress, efficiency & effectiveness & cost analysis reports of recruitment channels was developed.
Recruitment cost reduced more than 100% compared with the same period of 1997 by the end of Sep. 1998, total cost in the first half year of 2001 is only 1/7 of the yearly recruitment budget while more than 17 managers and 20 officers employed
