综上所述,以多元智能理论为基础分析,Jazz Chants不仅具有通过利用学生的音乐智能(musical intelligence)､逻辑推理智能(logic-mathematical intelligence)､交际智能(interpersonal intelligence)和身体运动智能(bodily-kinetic intelligence)开发学生的语言功能,而且能使学生的英语语音学习处于肯定的情绪之中,更能强化超音段成分的训练,让英语语音教学的效果事半功倍｡
