国内外高等学校产学研合作教育模式的研究

　　2）建立和完善运行机制。形成与产学研教育相适应的领导体制、管理制度、考核评价体系，投入保障机制与利益驱动机制，构成运行的整体框架。在这一运行框架里，领导体制是关键，利益机制是核心，投入保障机制是前提，管理制度、考核评价体系是基础。建立有效的校、企合作制约机制，加大企业和学校的上级主管部门对合作教育的政策和资金支持是产学研合作得以顺利实现的保障。政府宏观调控应把调动企业、用人单位参与的积极性放在突出位置；
　　3）完善教学体系。深化教育教学改革，建立适应产学研一体化教育教学要求的教育教学体系。以专业设置、教学计划、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、师资建设为重点，将产学研合作教育与毕业分配相结合，从学校实际情况出发，逐步做出相应的变革或调整。

　　AbstractCooperation education mode of production,learning and research at home and abroad was analyzed in this paper,its types and characteristics in higher dedication were concluded.At the same time,its status quo and unfavorable factors were analyzed also.Some suggestions were put forward.
